What is hybrid work, why it is such a hot topic nowadays in organizations, disruption of ways of working, how it changes the work landscape.... hence we need to help organization to adapt to hybrid work reality. ​

We are looking for individuals with a strong drive, and who are ready to grow their leadership skills and lead the change within their respective companies.
You must are able to attend all sessions at least online. Being based in Finland is not mandatory as session can be accessed online.

Hi, we are The NextGen Project,
a growing international community of young leaders working in start-ups, corporations, and non-profit organiZations who help senior executives to discover how to stay relevant and attractive to their future customers, employees, and investors.

The Hybrid Work Lab was run for the first time in the fall 2021, to answer the need to better understand the impact of hybrid work on organization by putting together young professionals and executives to think about ... and come up with solutions which they can then implement in their organizations....
