What is Hybrid Work Lab?

We believe companies need to better listen to the next generation. That is why The NextGen Project, in partnership with ISKU, Howspace, and Fujitsu invites 30 next-generation leaders to co-create an actionable game plan for organisations to take their hybrid teamwork to the next level.

Hybrid Work Lab is an exclusive thought-provoking programme: we don't lecture, we don't teach, instead we work together to design a winning game plan that will allow your organisation to improve its hybrid work culture and inspire others to follow the path.

Ultimately, Hybrid Work Lab helps you become the champion of better hybrid work in your team
