Tämä seloste kuvaa, miten The NextGen Project Oy kerää ja käyttää anonyymejä tietoja, joita annat tässä kyselyssä. Osallistumisesi on vapaaehtoista.

3. Mitä tietoja keräämme

 
Tämä kysely on suunniteltu keräämään täysin anonyymejä tietoja. Emme kerää taustatietoja (kuten rooliasi tai toimialaasi) tai muita tietoja, joista sinut voitaisiin tunnistaa suoraan tai epäsuorasti.
 
Keräämme ainoastaan anonyymejä, tosielämän tarinoitasi ja kokemuksiasi työelämään liittyen.

TÄRKEÄÄ: Jotta vastauksesi pysyy anonyyminä, älä sisällytä tarinoihisi mitään tarkkoja yksityiskohtia (kuten ihmisten tai yritysten nimiä, tarkkoja sijainteja, projektien nimiä tai tarkkoja päivämääriä).

 
4. Miten käytämme vastauksiasi

 
Vastauksia käytetään koottuna opetusdatana uuden GenAI-uracoachin kehittämiseen.

• Oivalluksesi auttavat tekemään tekoälystä ymmärtäväisemmän ja käytännöllisemmän.

• Yksittäisiä anonyymejä tarinoitasi ei näytetä suoraan käyttäjälle.

• Lopullinen tekoälyvalmentajamme ilmoittaa käyttäjille aina selvästi, että he ovat vuorovaikutuksessa tekoälyn kanssa.

 
 
5. Miten säilytämme tietojasi

 

• Anonyymit vastauksesi kootaan suurempaan tietokokonaisuuteen, jota käytetään ainoastaan tekoälymallimme kouluttamiseen.

• Tiedot kerätään Microsoft Forms -työkalulla ja säilytetään turvallisesti EU/ETA-alueella.

• Pääsy tietoihin on rajoitettu sisäiseen projektitiimiin.

• Nämä anonyymit tiedot poistetaan tekoälymallin koulutus- ja validointivaiheen päätyttyä.

 

6. Oikeutesi
 
 
Koska kerätyt tiedot ovat täysin anonyymejä, ne eivät kuulu GDPR:n mukaisten rekisteröidyn oikeuksien piiriin (kuten oikeus saada pääsy tietoihin tai poistaa tiedot).

Data Use Notice: NextGenAI Survey

This notice explains how The NextGen Project Oyj ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses the anonymous information you provide in this survey. Your participation is voluntary.
 
2. Who is collecting this data?
 
The NextGen Project Oy is collecting this information.

3. What data we collect
 
This survey is designed to collect fully anonymous information. We do not collect any background data (like your role or industry) or any other information that could identify you, directly or indirectly.

We collect only your anonymous stories and experiences related to working life.

IMPORTANT: To ensure your response remains anonymous, please do not include any specific details in your stories (like names of people, companies, specific locations, project names, or exact dates) that could inadvertently identify you or others.
 
4. How we use your data
 
Your anonymous information has one specific purpose: to be aggregated and used as training data to finetune our new GenAI career coach.

• Your insights help make the AI more understanding and practical.

• Your individual anonymous stories will not be shown directly to any user of the final AI coach.

• Our final AI coach will always clearly inform users they are interacting with an AI system.

 
5. How we store your data
 

• Your anonymous answers will be aggregated into a larger dataset used only for training our AI model.

• The data is collected via Microsoft Forms and stored securely within the EU/EEA.

• Access is restricted to the internal project team.

• This anonymous data will be deleted after the AI model training and validation phase is complete.

 
6. Your Rights
 
Because the data collected is fully anonymous, it falls outside the scope of GDPR data subject rights (such as the right to access or delete data).
