Founder and CEO
Prior to The NextGen Project, I have over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, change management, and workshop facilitation. I have worked with senior executives and management teams around growth and transformation initiatives in various industries, such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, media, entertainment, manufacturing, travel, and retail.
While facilitating match-making sessions between startup founders and management teams, I realised the power of cross-generational and cross-disciplinary dialogue. That is how the idea of The NextGen Project was born: I wanted to build a community where senior executives can connect with exceptional young talent from various industries to come up with thought-provoking insights and perspectives for their businesses.
I am proud to say The NextGen Project has grown into an increasingly global network that embodies the values of diversity, inclusion and sustainable growth.
Outside of work? I am a loving husband, a proud father, and a passionate instrument-rated pilot flying a Cirrus SR20 airplane.
Chief Commercial Officer
I came to The NextGen Project with a strategic consulting and executive advisory background - having worked for large multinational organizations across the globe and having worn diverse hats. In my last inhouse role, I was a VP of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO of the largest reinsurance company in the world. As I was working closely with the board and the executive
team, it has occurred to me that the diversity that is most lacking on this level is generational diversity. I initially wanted to develop a business concept around providing invaluable NextGen perspective to top teams - then I came across the brilliant work of The NextGen Project team! I decided to give Heikki a call and the rest is history. Alignment of our visions was impressive and it was clear to both of us that we had to join forces in this mission.
I am passionate about accelerating the performance of top teams (CEO/EC/Board) by unlocking their full human potential. I have designed a portfolio career around my mission and enjoy sharing my expertise in various capacities: as a board member/advisor, executive coach and keynote speaker (I am a TEDx speaker and TEDx founder in New York City) to name a few! I am a Forbes Coaches Council member and part of the 100 coaches’ group, best leaders and coaches globally selected by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, one of the top executive coaches in the world. I strongly believe in the power of cross-generational perspectives to accelerate executive team / board thinking and I am delighted to support the realisation of this vision with The NextGen Project.
I consider myself a global citizen with multiple homes across the world: Belgrade, Zurich and NYC.
